Requests
Each of these came from someone who lives in Nakivale, in their own words. The amount shown is what it costs to build — not a target, and not money already spent.
No requests are open yet. You can create an account now and follow them as soon as they are published.
To fund one of these, write to YRUD from the contact page or use the bank transfer details and say which request it is for. Amounts shown here are recorded by YRUD when the money arrives; this page does not take payment.
Money given to a request pays for the tool or project YRUD builds and runs for the community. It is never paid to the person who asked.
YRUD is a Ugandan community organisation, not a US 501(c)(3). Gifts are not tax-deductible or tax-exempt.
