Moringa Yetu Phase 2 is one specific pilot. It is not YRUD's identity, and it is not the organisation's programme as a whole.
The operating principle is awareness and listening before planting. No planting is promised, scheduled or implied until water access, tools, safeguarding, language review and aftercare structures are ready. If those conditions are not met, the pilot stays in readiness.
YRUD and Justin Buma are the local delivery leads, working in partnership with Icosa Moringa™ as a technical partner. That partnership does not give any partner a governance role in YRUD.
