CITRAL / YRUD Uplift is a proposal under discussion. Nothing in this project has been delivered, and no beneficiary numbers are claimed here.
The proposal brings five components together over a 12-month period: protection casework and referral, prevention of and response to sexual and gender-based violence, health access, safe spaces for women and young people, and integrated livelihoods that connect protection work to income.
The proposal budget is USD 173,528. Partner roles, governance and reporting lines would be agreed in writing before any implementation begins.
